Workshops


Hatha yoga and Sensing Energy workshops

I am available for workshops to small groups which would be tailored to the needs and aims of the group.  Below are examples of three potential workshops, items from which may be mixed and matched to the groups requirements.

I am available for workshops which will be tailored to clients’ specific goals, for example an introduction to Yoga for beginners or relaxation and visualisation.

Absolute Beginners Day

A day designed to give beginners a basic understanding of Hatha yoga.

The morning would include discussion and basic posture work.

The afternoon would include relaxation and meditation techniques.

The group will not be expected to have any prior yoga experience; just an interest.

Relaxation and Meditation

A half day workshop introducing techniques and giving the group the opportunity to discover and explore their own ways of relaxing.  One cannot teach anyone to relax; an individual has to allow relaxation to happen.  This day offers techniques or ‘tools’ which will hopefully lead to the group members to find their own key to relaxation.

Sensing Energy

A half day workshop (which may be combined with Relaxation and Meditation) introducing the concept of universal energy, and Chakras, sensing this energy in oneself and other people.
